Ingredients
- 1 (5-ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt, to taste
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 8 slices ripe tomato
- 8 slices cheddar cheese

Directions
Step 1 –Set the oven to broil.
Step 2 –In a bowl, add the tuna, the celery, the mayonnaise, and the salt and mix to combine.
Step 3 –Spread the tuna mixture onto the cut-side of the toasted muffin halves.
Step 4 –Place the tuna-topped muffin halves on a baking sheet.

Step 5 –Top each of the tuna layers with a slice of the tomato and a slice of the cheddar cheese.
Step 6 –Broil until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 7 –Serve.
