Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped finely
  • bread slices, of your choice, to taste, for serving
  • lettuce, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –Mix the chicken, the salt, the black pepper, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, and the chopped celery together in a bowl.

Step 2 –Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Step 3 –Lay out the bread slices and top 1 of the slices with the lettuce.
