Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and halved
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ham, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or turkey breast, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup roast beef, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup croutons
  • prepared salad dressing, of your choice, such as ranch or poppy seed, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the hard-boiled eggs, the salt, and the black pepper and lightly toss to combine.

Step 2 -In a second medium bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, the salt, and the black pepper and lightly toss to combine.

Step 3 -In a third medium bowl, add the Persian cucumber slices, the salt, and the black pepper and lightly toss to combine.

Step 4 -In a large bowl, add the lettuce and top with the seasoned hard-boiled eggs, the seasoned cherry tomatoes, the seasoned Persian cucumbers, the ham, the chicken, the roast beef, the cheddar cheese, the Swiss cheese, and the croutons.
