Ingredients
- 8 ounces lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 chili pepper, thinly chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 scallions, thinly chopped
Directions
Step 1 –In a pan, add the beef and the olive oil and cook, while crumbling, about 4-6 minutes.
Step 2 –Add the chili pepper, the garlic, the ginger, the tamari sauce, and the sesame oil to the beef mixture and stir to combine. Cook until the meat is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes
Step 3 –Turn off the heat and stir the scallions into the beef mixture.
Step 4 –Serve.
