Simply add some magical cream cheese, a spicy red onion, your favorite barbeque sauce, a bit of savory bacon, a hunk of shredded rotisserie chicken, a glob of sharp-as-a-tack cheddar cheese, and a juicy plum tomato and you will have them eating out of the palm of your hand (or maybe just the slow cooker)! With Crowd-Favorite Chicken Dip, you will be leading them around with a tortilla chip in no time. It’s great to be the favorite!

Ingredients
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded, can substitute chicken breast, poached and shredded
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- tortilla chips, to taste, for serving

Directions
Step 1 –In a slow cooker, add the cream cheese, the red onion, the barbeque sauce, the bacon, the shredded chicken, the cheese, the tomato, and 1 tablespoon of the green onions and stir to combine.
Step 2 –Cover the slow cooker and cook the dip on low heat until the ingredients have melted, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Step 3 –Stir the dip and garnish with the extra green onions.
Step 4 –Serve the dip warm with the tortilla chips.
