You might only have time in the morning for a quick smooch before you and your partner run out the door, but there’s still time for a romantic moment. Sharing a Date Smoothie is exactly that; the romantic moment in smoothie form! Chocolatey, fruity, and helpfully filling, the Date Smoothie is exactly like your relationship; sweet and fulfilling! Mornings feel a lot brighter and more loving now, don’t they?

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, frozen
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup nut milk, of your choice

Directions

Step 1 –In a blender, add all of the ingredients.

Step 2 –Blend until smooth.

Step 3 –Serve.
