The Earthquake Bake has a distinct look that only hints at its sweetness. The swirls of sweet tangy cream cheese forms cracks and crevices in the cake, so it looks like the cake went through an earthquake. All that goodness gets incorporated straight into the moist chocolate cake! Best of all, beneath the cake are some crunchy pecans and sweet, tropical coconut flakes for an extra punch of flavor!
