Easy Cheese Ball

Never worry about what to serve your party guests ever again! Easy Cheese Ball is creamy, tangy, seasoned beautifully, and of course cheesy! With a layer of crunchy pecans over top, the Easy Cheese Ball is a delectable appetizer when served with crackers, vegetables, or toast. This can be made ahead of time so you don’t need to worry about bringing something to the next gathering!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces medium cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • crackers, optional, to taste, of your choice, for serving

Directions

Step 1 –In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, the sour cream, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and the pepper until smooth.

Step 2 –Add the cheddar cheese and stir to combine.

Step 3 –Cover the bowl and chill for 1 hour.

Step 4 –Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.

Step 5 –Place the chopped pecans on a plate and roll the cheese ball in the pecans until coated.

Step 6 –Serve the cheese ball with the crackers.
