Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
Step 1 -Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Step 2 -In a large bowl, add the flour, the sugar, the baking powder, and the salt and whisk to combine.
Step 3 -Add the cheese to the flour mixture and stir until it is well-combined.
Step 4 -In a second large bowl, add the milk, the egg, and the melted butter and whisk to combine.
Step 5 -Add the egg mixture to the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
Step 6 -Pour the muffin batter into the cups of the prepared muffin tin and bake, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 7 -Serve.
