Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- bread, optional, to taste, of your choice, for serving
Directions
Step 1 –In a bowl, add the butter, the cinnamon, and the pumpkin pie spice and, using an electric hand mixer with a wire whip attachment, whip to combine.
Step 2 –Slowly add the pumpkin purée to the butter mixture and whip to combine.
Step 3 –Add the honey and the vanilla to the butter mixture and whip until the mixture is thick and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Step 4 –Spoon the butter into a bowl or a jar.
Step 5 –Serve with the bread.
