Honey Whipped Cream

Goods as advertised! In fact, goods better than advertised! Honey Whipped Cream is precisely what it says on the tin (so to speak, since it’s a homemade topping)! The fluffy, light whipped cream is infused with the sweetness and paradisal floral flavor of honey! A touch of vanilla enhances that wonderful golden taste, and a little salt makes everything bolder, but otherwise Honey Whipped Cream lets the honey and the cream speak for themselves. You’ll find that they have a lot to say!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream, very cold
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Directions

Step 1 –Place a mixing bowl and the beater attachments of a hand mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Step 2 –In the cold bowl, add the heavy cream, the honey, the vanilla, and the salt.

Step 3 –Using the hand mixer with the cold beater attachments, whip the cream mixture at medium speed until the cream becomes slightly fluffier in consistency, about 1 minute.

Step 4 –Increase the speed to high and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Step 5 –Serve.
