Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream, very cold
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
Directions
Step 1 –Place a mixing bowl and the beater attachments of a hand mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 2 –In the cold bowl, add the heavy cream, the honey, the vanilla, and the salt.
Step 3 –Using the hand mixer with the cold beater attachments, whip the cream mixture at medium speed until the cream becomes slightly fluffier in consistency, about 1 minute.
Step 4 –Increase the speed to high and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
Step 5 –Serve.
