Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large bunch kale, stemmed and roughly chopped
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil.

Step 2 –Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3 –Add the kale and season it with the salt, the pepper, and the red pepper flakes.

Step 4 –Cook, stirring often, until the kale is wilted and tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 5 –Serve.
