Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 (0.87-ounce) envelopes chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
- fresh parsley, to taste, chopped, for garnish
- rice, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving

Directions
Step 1 –Evenly add the chicken breasts to a slow cooker and season with the salt and the black pepper.
Step 2 –In a medium bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, the chicken gravy envelopes, and the water and whisk to combine.
Step 3 –Evenly pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts, cover, and cook on low heat, about 4-6 hours.
Step 4 –Transfer the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Step 5 –Top the chicken with the gravy, garnish with the fresh parsley, and serve over the rice.
