Good-Ole-Days Apricot Fluff

We love the times of the past. They were so slow, so sweet, and just plain simple. Sometimes we wish we could go back and enjoy them for what they were. This sweet and creamy apricot treat takes us right back to grandma’s Sunday dinners with just one bite and that’s exactly what we were searching for. Ingredients

  • 1 cup apricot yogurt or peach yogurt
  • 1 (3-ounce) package apricot gelatin
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 3 cups fresh apricots, peeled and cubed

Directions

Step 1 –In a large bowl, add the yogurt and the gelatin and stir until the gelatin has dissolved, about 2 minutes.

Step 2 –Gently stir the whipped topping, the marshmallows, and the apricots into the gelatin mixture.

Step 3 –Refrigerate the fluff until it is firm, for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Step 4 –Serve.
