Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 hot dogs
  • mayonnaise, to taste, for the eyes
  • poppy seeds, to taste, for the eyes

For the optional dips:

  • mustard, to taste
  • ketchup, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Carefully open the crescent roll package.

Step 3 –Use 1 dough strip for each hot dog wrapping them to look like mummies. Be sure to leave an opening for the eyes.

Step 4 –Place the Mummy Dogs on an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 5 –Bake until light golden brown, about 12-15 minutes.

Step 6 –Transfer the Mummy Dogs from the oven and let cool slightly.

Step 7 –Place dots of the mayonnaise and poppy seeds for the eyes.

Step 8 –Serve with mustard and ketchup for dipping!
