Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8-ounce) container chive-and-onion-flavored cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups baked glazed ham, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen asparagus, thawed
  • 6 baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4-ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons, crushed

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Lightly grease two 8-inch square baking dishes.

Step 3 –Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Step 4 –Stir together the cream of mushroom soup, the chive-and-onion-flavored cream cheese, and the milk in a large bowl.

Step 5 –Stir in the cooked noodles, the ham, the broccoli, the asparagus, and the carrots.

Step 6 –Spoon 1/2 of the ham mixture evenly into the prepared baking dishes.

Step 7 –Combine the mozzarella cheese and the cheddar cheese.

Step 8 –Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese mixture over each of the casseroles.

Step 9 –Spoon the remaining ham mixture evenly over the cheese layers.

Step 10 –Combine the remaining cheese mixture with the croutons.

Step 11 –Evenly sprinkle the cheese-crouton mixture over each of the casseroles.

Step 12 –Bake the casseroles until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

Step 13 –Serve.
