  • 4 avocados, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 large mango, chopped
  • 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste, for garnish
  • tortilla chips, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the avocados, the onions, the garlic, the cumin, the mangoes, and the jalapeƱos and stir, smashing only 1/3 of the avocado, until it is combined yet slightly chunky.

Step 2 -Add the lime juice, the bacon, the cilantro, and the salt to the avocado mixture and stir to combine.
