To give an NCLEX exam you need to follow a different format very strictly. The examinations are organised according to a framework that says, ‘Meeting Client Needs’. In this exam, you get four important categories and eight different subcategories. This examination tests the knowledge, abilities, smart work, and skills that are essential for the entry-level or beginners nurses in order to meet the needs of the patients or clients.
