Kiss Me, I’m Irish Ravioli

Well, this is just fun! Kiss Me, I’m Irish Ravioli are emerald, spinach-filled fried ravioli, which are crispy delights all on their own. But then there’s the tangy, herbaceous dipping sauce! You’ll definitely want to kiss the sauce! Grab a few skewers of Kiss Me, I’m Irish Ravioli and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, or just life in general! After all, with this snack on the table, it’s your lucky day!

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-13-ounce) refrigerated package spinach ravioli
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons jarred pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinaigrette, store-bought or homemade

Directions

Step 1 –In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the ravioli according to the package directions.

Step 2 –Drain the ravioli and pat them dry.

Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil until it is very hot.

Step 4 –Add the ravioli to the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 5 –Using a slotted spoon, transfer the ravioli to paper towels to drain.

Step 6 –In a small bowl, add the pesto and the vinaigrette and whisk to combine.

Step 7 –Place the ravioli on skewers.

Step 8 –Serve the skewered ravioli with the pesto-vinaigrette sauce.
