Ingredients
- 1 (10-13-ounce) refrigerated package spinach ravioli
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons jarred pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette, store-bought or homemade

Directions
Step 1 –In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the ravioli according to the package directions.
Step 2 –Drain the ravioli and pat them dry.
Step 3 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil until it is very hot.
Step 4 –Add the ravioli to the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 5 –Using a slotted spoon, transfer the ravioli to paper towels to drain.
Step 6 –In a small bowl, add the pesto and the vinaigrette and whisk to combine.
Step 7 –Place the ravioli on skewers.
Step 8 –Serve the skewered ravioli with the pesto-vinaigrette sauce.
