Ingredients

For the cake:

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 3 –In a large bowl, combine the apples, the pears, the sugar, the canola oil, the raisins, the pecans, the eggs, and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla extract.

Step 4 –In a separate bowl, combine the flour, the baking soda, the cinnamon, the nutmeg, and the salt.
