  • 2 (14-ounce) cans condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust, chilled
  • 1 lemon, sliced, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –In a bowl, mix the vanilla and the condensed milk.

Step 2 –Add the lemon juice and the lemon zest, whisking until thickened.

Step 3 –Pour the lemon mixture into the chilled pie crust.

Step 4 –Chill the pie for 4 hours.

Step 5 –Serve the pie garnished with the lemon slices.
