  • 1 (12-ounce) package smoked sausage, cut into 1-slices
  • 3 pounds baby potatoes, sliced in half

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Combine the sausage, the potatoes, the bell peppers, the onion, the garlic, the chicken stock, the olive oil, the rosemary, the thyme, the salt, and the pepper together in a large bowl, stirring well to make sure everything is coated.
