Pa’s Beef Soup

Pa is a man with simple tastes. When he’s feeling a little chill in the bones, he doesn’t go for any fancy gadget or even reach for the thermostat. No, he just picks up a saucepan and whips up some of his famous soup; that always does the trick! Pa’s Beef Soup stirs together the savory ground beef (because what kind of beef soup would it be without it?), the tender vegetables, and the bright, aromatic warmth of a homemade tomato broth to make a soup that will give you a burst of summer even in the depths of winter. A little onion soup mix adds the zest needed to keep the soup playful and comforting all at once! Pa’s Beef Soup is home cooking at its finest: rustic, delicious, and nurturing.
