Pork Tenderloin with Honey Garlic Sauce

Weeknight dinners just got made wonderful! Pork Tenderloin with Honey Garlic Sauce makes 2 juicy, tender, savory tenderloins coated in a sweet and tangy sauce. Infused with the aromatic flavor of garlic, Pork Tenderloin with Honey Garlic Sauce pairs amazingly with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, or hearty vegetables. It only takes 35 minutes to get this meal on the table, so you never need to skimp out on flavor when things get hectic!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce, light or all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Mix the cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey together in a small bowl. Set the sauce mixture aside.

Step 3 –In a separate small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper together to make a rub.

Step 4 –Sprinkle the rub mixture over the pork on all sides.

Step 5 –In a large oven-proof skillet, heat the oil on the stovetop over medium-high heat.

Step 6 –Begin to sear the pork until golden on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 7 –Before finishing the searing, add the garlic to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.

Step 8 –Add the sauce to the skillet and rotate the pork in the sauce to ensure an even coating.

Step 9 –Transfer the skillet to the oven.

Step 10 –Roast to your preferred level of doneness, until 145 degrees F at minimum, about 15-18 minutes.

Step 11 –Remove the skillet from the oven.

Step 12 –Transfer the pork to a plate or cutting board and tent it with foil.

Step 13 –Place the skillet with the remaining sauce back on the stovetop over medium heat, allowing it to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes or.

Step 14 –Remove the skillet from the heat and place the pork back in the skillet to coat it in the sauce.

Step 15 –Slice the pork and serve with plenty of the sauce!
