Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- water or syrup, in a shallow plate
- 1/6 apple, thinly sliced, for garnish
- 1 bottle white wine, chilled
- 1 bottle sparkling cider, chilled
- 1/2 cup pumpkin pie vodka
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- cinnamon sticks, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –On a small shallow plate, combine the pumpkin spice and sugar, mixing well to combine.
Step 2 –Dip the rims of your intended serving glasses in the water or syrup, then dip the rims into the sugar/spice mixture. Doing it in this order ensures the sugar sticks to the rim.
Step 3 –Garnish each rim with an apple slice and set aside.
Step 4 –In a large pitcher, combine the cider, wine, and pumpkin pie vodka.
Step 5 –Add the chopped fruit, then stir to combine.
Step 6 –You can let the mixture sit for a few minutes, if desired, to ensure that the flavors truly combine.
Step 7 –Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses, then garnish with a cinnamon stick.
