Even though it’s a mouthful to say, you won’t even care what it’s titled as you fill your mouth with those yummy fettuccine noodles twirled in a cheesy and (you guessed it) creamy sauce. Tastes like five-star but ready in a jiffy like fast-food, Quick & Easy Creamy Fettuccine really brings mealtime magic!
Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package fettuccine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- dried parsley, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the fettuccine to al dente, according to the package directions. Drain the water.
Step 2 -Just before the fettuccine is done, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Step 3 -Add the heavy whipping cream, the parmesan, the salt, the pepper, and the cooked fettuccine to the melted butter and cook, while stirring, until it is heated through and has slightly thickened.
Step 4 -Serve the fettuccine garnished with the parsley and the pepper.
