Wilted in the best way, this nourishing side is a tasty addition to whatever else it is you’re chowing down on. It takes less than 10 minutes to whip up Sautéed Spinach, so go ahead and go green!


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, washed
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


Step 1 –In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

Step 2 –Add the garlic to the oil and stir for 30 seconds.

Step 3 –Add the spinach and cook, while stirring, until the spinach leaves have wilted, about 4-6 minutes.

Step 4 –Transfer the skillet from the heat and season the spinach with the salt and the pepper.

Step 5 –Serve.
