Spinach & Fish Bake takes two humble ingredients and combines them together to elevate both on one plate. Leafy, tender spinach, zhuzhed up with a little sharp cheddar cheese, really shows off its beauty with its rich and terrific flavor. Mild, flaky, slightly sweet, but still savory cod adds heartiness and seafood sensationalism without overpowering the spinach or the cheese. In short, this Spinach & Fish Bake brings an unassuming duo together in one casserole that will be among the best dinnertime pairings you could ever find!
