Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese, 5 tablespoons of the breadcrumbs, and the egg.

Step 3 –Spread the spinach mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish.

Step 4 –Arrange the cod fillets on top of the spinach mixture and season with the salt and the pepper.
