Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon natural butter flavor

For the filling:

  • 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon organic cornstarch, packed
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Key Lime zest
  • 3/4 cup Key Lime juice, freshly squeezed

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, the salt, the almond milk, and the natural butter flavor.

Step 3 –Press the crust mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.

Step 4 –Bake until firm and fragrant, about 8-13 minutes.
