You’ll definitely be delighted by a dish full of this creamy, strawberry infused treat that is just so simple to whip up (ahem, hence the name). It’s also quite pretty to look at so it could be fun to share with a group. Everyone’s day can go from good to great in just a matter of minutes! Ingredients
- 4 ounces pineapple juice, plus more, to taste
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- fresh strawberries, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 –Add 4 ounces of the pineapple juice, the frozen strawberries, and the vanilla ice cream to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add the extra pineapple juice as needed if the mixture is too thick.
Step 2 –Pour the strawberry whip into glasses and serve garnished with the fresh strawberries.
