  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (26-ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated, divided
  • fresh basil leaves, to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Step 14 –Carefully discard the foil, sprinkle the shells with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the remaining parmesan cheese, and bake until the cheese has melted, about 5-7 minutes.
