Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (about 8 ounces) scalloped or au gratin potatoes, sauce packets reserved, plus the ingredients called for on the packages (such as butter, milk, and water)
  • 16 ounces ham, cooked, chopped or cubed

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven according to the package directions.

Step 2 –Place the potatoes in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3 –Add the sauce packets and the butter and stir gently to incorporate.

Step 4 –Add the chopped ham, the milk, the water, and any other ingredients specified in the package directions and stir well to combine.
