Sweet & Sour Beef Bake will kind of remind you of your younger brother when he was a little kid. It’s loaded with juicy beef, tender rice, and fresh veggies to give you a burst of energy, just like the one he continuously seemed to have (Literally. He never had an empty tank, right?!). And the sweet and sour sauce it’s all smothered in actually describes him perfectly too. It’s sugary sweet at first, with a lingering tang… resembling his silly (and annoying at the time) mischief. Make Sweet & Sour Beef Bake and give your little brother a call… it’ll be a fun way to reminisce!
