Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- kosher salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
Directions
Step 1 –In a large bowl, whisk the peanut butter, the soy sauce, the brown sugar, the sriracha, and the water.
Step 2 –In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, add the vegetable oil.
Step 3 –Add the steak to the oil and cook until it is browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4 –Season the steak with the kosher salt and the black pepper.
Step 5 –Stir the peanut butter mixture into the steak and cook until it is heated through, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 6 –Transfer the saucepan from the heat.
Step 7 –Plate the steak with the sauce, garnish with the green onions and the peanuts, and serve.
