Thai’d-Up Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • olive oil, to taste, for oiling the grill grates
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Step 2 –Using the olive oil, lightly grease the grill grate.

Step 3 –In a small bowl, add the curry powder, the onion powder, the red pepper flakes, the sea salt, and the parsley and whisk or stir to combine.

Step 4 –Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts, covering them as much as possible.

Step 5 –Add the chicken to the grill and grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Step 6 –Serve hot.
