Thanksgiving Smoothie

The refreshing and cool morning beverage gets into the spirit of Turkey Day, and you’ll be extra thankful for it! This Thanksgiving Smoothie is primarily pumpkin, the epitome of autumn flavors, swirled up with some vanilla yogurt and whole milk to make it creamy and sweet. It even embraces the fun and festiveness of the season by garnishing itself with some graham cracker crumbles! Thanksgiving Smoothie will certainly have you thankful for it… and wanting more!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
  • 3 cups whole milk, plus more, to taste
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, plus more, to taste
  • ground cinnamon, to taste
  • 4 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed

Directions

Step 1 –Place the pumpkin pie filling into a freezer-safe container.

Step 2 –Freeze the pumpkin pie filling until it is frozen solid, about 3 hours.

Step 3 –In a blender, add 3 cups of the milk, 1/2 cup of the yogurt, and the frozen pumpkin and blend until the frozen filling is completely pulverized.

Step 4 –Add the extra milk or the extra yogurt, a little at a time, as needed to get the desired smoothie consistency.

Step 5 –Divide the smoothie evenly between individual serving glasses.

Step 6 –Serve immediately, garnished with the cinnamon and the crushed crackers.
