Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3-ounce) can refrigerated large biscuits
  • 1 (8-ounce) package sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –Add the biscuits to the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pressing them down firmly to seal any creases or openings.

Step 4 –Evenly sprinkle the cooked sausage over the biscuits.

Step 5 –Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and the cheddar cheese over the cooked sausage layer.

Step 6 –In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk until it is combined.

Step 7 –Pour the egg mixture over the cheese layer.
