Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple butter
- 10 leftover biscuits, 3-inches in diameter, cut crosswise in half
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ham, fully cooked, cubed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Directions
Step 1 –Grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
Step 2 –Spread the apple butter over the cut sides of the biscuits and return the biscuit tops.
Step 3 –Cut the biscuits into quarters and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Step 4 –Top the biscuit pieces with the cheese, the ham, and the parsley.
Step 5 –In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, the milk, the salt, the pepper, and the mustard together and pour it over the biscuit pieces.
Step 6 –Cover the baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
Step 7 –Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
