Tipsy Cream

Picture some whipped cream that has had just enough drinks to loosen up a bit! Tipsy Cream is creamy, fluffy, and sweet, with the smoky, smooth vanilla flavor of bourbon infused into it. It’s actually so, so easy to make, and so delicious, too! Whether it is a topper for brownies, sundaes, cakes, or just eaten with a spoon, Tipsy Cream will add a touch of class to your night!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1 –Chill a small glass bowl and the beaters of an electric mixer in the freezer, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 2 –In the prepared chilled bowl, add the heavy cream.

Step 3 –With the chilled beaters, beat the heavy cream on medium-high until it begins to thicken.

Step 4 –Add the confectioners’ sugar, the bourbon, and the vanilla and beat until soft peaks form.

Step 5 –Serve chilled, storing the cream in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
