Ultimate Indulgence Rolls

You might think you have a favorite dessert, but get ready to think again, because you haven’t tasted these Ultimate Indulgence Rolls yet! They’re sweet, they’re rich, they’re everything you could want when your sweet tooth is tingling. And if you love cinnamon rolls, these guys will put you in a tizzy. They’re extra sweet thanks to an extra drizzle of cinnamon-and-brown-sugar butter; and they’re creamy thanks to some cream cheese added to the already-sugary glaze. They taste best topped with some warm strawberry jam and juicy strawberries to ensure there’s sweetness in every bite. Mmmm, the best is yet to come with these Ultimate Indulgence Rolls!

Ingredients

For the rolls:

  • 1 (17.5-ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls, plus the icing
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the topping:

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
  • 2/3 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 –Coat a 9-inch round or square pan with cooking spray.

Step 3 –Separate the cinnamon rolls into five rolls and reserve the icing.

Step 4 –Place the rolls in bottom of the prepared pan, spaced slightly apart.

Step 5 –Pour the heavy cream over the rolls.

Step 6 –In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, the brown sugar, and the cinnamon together.

Step 7 –Drop the butter mixture by tablespoonfuls over the rolls, stirring the mixture before each drop.

Step 8 –Cover the pan with foil and bake the rolls for 15 minutes.

Step 9 –Uncover the pan and bake the rolls until they are cooked through in the center and the edges are lightly golden-brown, about 12-15 minutes.

Step 10 –Let the rolls stand for 2 minutes.

Step 11 –In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the reserved icing together until smooth.

Step 12 –Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked rolls.

Step 13 –In a separate microwaveable bowl, heat the strawberry jam on high, uncovered, until it is warmed through and thin enough to drizzle, about 15-20 seconds.

Step 14 –Drizzle the warm jam over the rolls.

Step 15 –Top the jam layer with the fresh strawberries.

Step 16 –Let the rolls cool for 5 minutes.

Step 17 –Serve.
