The beloved Oreo® cookies leave an impression all over this sweet pie, from the bottom to the top! Incredibly rich cream cheese is whipped with some Cool Whip® and vanilla pudding mix, along with some Oreo cookie crumbles. That creamy goodness gets loaded into an Oreo pie crust, and then adorned with even more Oreo cookie crumbles… just in case there wasn’t quite enough. This no-bake, chocolate-love-of-your-life Cookie Pie will be the most-requested dessert you will ever make! Cookie icing included!
Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4-ounce) instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed, divided
- 1 Oreo pie crust, store-bought
Directions
Step 1 -In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and the instant pudding mix and beat with an electric hand mixer until it is well-combined.
Step 2 -Add the milk to the cream cheese-pudding mixture and beat until it is well-combined.
Step 3 -Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
Step 4 -Add 1/2 of the crushed cookies to the cream cheese mixture and gently stir to combine.
Step 5 -Spread the filling into the pie crust and sprinkle with the remaining crushed cookies.
Step 6 -Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
Step 7 -Slice and serve.
