Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen hashbrown potatoes
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces ham, cooked, diced
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2 –Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 –In a large bowl, add the hashbrowns, the condensed soup, the sour cream, the cheddar cheese, and the ham and mix until well-combined.
Step 4 –Spread the hashbrown mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
