Winter Stuffed Jalapeños

Warm and cozy is where we like to be, and this little snack will certainly do the trick! Winter Stuffed Jalapeños are packed with just the right amount of heat that your guests are going to love. Flavorful cream cheese is combined with green onions and bacon, then is snuggly baked inside some jalapeño halves for the bite of warmth your appetizer list has been missing. Bundle up some Winter Stuffed Jalapeños to really heat things up for your guests and get the party started. It’s fire!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 10 jalapeño peppers, sliced lengthwise, ribs and seeds discarded

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 –Line an 18×26-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3 –In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the green onions, the bacon, and the vinegar and stir to combine.

Step 4 –Use a tablespoon to scoop the cream cheese mixture into each of the jalapeño halves. Place them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Step 5 –Bake the stuffed jalapeños until they are heated through, about 30-40 minutes.

Step 6 –Serve.
