  • 1 (6-ounce) box chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup cheese, of your choice, grated

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 –Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 –In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, the chicken, the onion, the carrot, and the broccoli.

Step 4 –Pour the stuffing mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5 –In another bowl, mix the chicken broth and the cream of chicken soup together.

Step 6 –Pour the soup mixture over the stuffing mixture.

Step 7 –Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 8 –Carefully stir the stuffing mixture, then sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Step 9 –Bake the casserole, uncovered, until the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
