Garlic Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds thick-cut New York strip steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Directions

Step 1 –Add the garlic and the black pepper to a bowl.

Step 2 –Season the steak cubes with the salt.

Step 3 –Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4 –Add the steak cubes to a skillet and sear until they are browned and reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, flipping them halfway through, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 5 –Add the garlic mixture to the steak bites and cook until it is fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 6 –Transfer the steak bites from the heat and garnish with the parsley.

Step 7 –Serve.
