7-Up®? In a pot roast? This delicious and easy recipe will surprise you with how tasty and tender it is. Plus, it takes less than 5 minutes to prep and then the slow cooker does the rest!

Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless beef roast
- 1 cup 7-Up
- 1 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Step 1 –Place pot roast in the slow cooker. Pierce the top of the roast with a fork and sprinkle the top with celery salt.
Step 2 –Gently pour 7-Up over the roast and top the roast with bay leaves and garlic. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Step 3 –Carefully remove roast from the slow cooker. Let it settle for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Step 4 –Note: In addition to the roast, you can add potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions to the slow cooker while the roast cooks.
