Ingredients

  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (16-ounce) package saltine crackers

Directions

Step 1 –In a plastic gallon-sized resealable bag, add the olive oil, the red pepper flakes, the ranch dressing mix, the black pepper, the onion powder, and the garlic powder; close the bag and knead thoroughly to mix.

Step 2 –Place the crackers in the bag, reseal, and gently turn the bag over several times to coat the crackers with the spice mixture.

Step 3 –Allow the bag to sit overnight.

Step 4 –Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.

Step 5 –Transfer the coated crackers to a baking sheet and bake until they are toasted, about 15 minutes.

Step 6 –Serve.
