  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup neutral oil
  • 2 cups apple butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • butter, optional, to taste, for serving


Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease two standard loaf pans.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, whisk the cinnamon, the flour, the baking soda, the baking powder, and the salt together until combined.
