Ingredients
- 4 cups pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, plus more for serving
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
Directions
Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2 –Grease a rimmed sheet pan.
Step 3 –Mix the pancake mix, the eggs, the milk, the syrup, and 1/2 of the bacon together in a large bowl.
Step 4 –Pour the batter into the prepared sheet pan and sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top.
Step 5 –Bake until the center of the bake is set, about 15-20 minutes.
Step 6 –Drizzle the extra maple syrup over the pancakes and serve.
