Baked Parmesan Eggs

Ingredients

  • butter, to taste, for greasing the ramekins
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1 –Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 –Butter two 4-inch ramekins.

Step 3 –Crack 2 of the eggs into each of the prepared ramekins.

Step 4 –Add 2 tablespoons of the heavy cream into each ramekin.

Step 5 –Season the egg mixtures with the salt and the pepper.

Step 6 –Grate 1 tablespoon of the parmesan over each of the egg mixtures.

Step 7 –Bake the egg mixtures until set, about 10-12 minutes.

Step 8 –Serve.
